I like your meshing of tones it comes off very effortless. The guy in the background looks awkward to me, it might be in the proportions. I agree though that your females are getting much better, congrats!
True, he looks very awkward. It's pretty obvious I threw him in after I drew the girl (bad planning on my part) and it probably would have been better for me to leave him out! Thanks though! I'm glad I'm getting better.
